Please Note: All customer-supplied files must be print-ready (300 DPI, true transparent background, properly cropped). If your file requires background removal, resolution checking, cropping cleanup, or quality verification, you must purchase our File Review Add-On before production. Files submitted without the review add-on will be printed exactly as received. We are not responsible for low resolution, pixelation, hidden background pixels, incorrect sizing, or other file-quality issues. Please refer to the File Review listing to add this service if needed.
Color Disclaimer
If you request a color by name only (for example, orange, blue, green, or red) and do not provide a specific color code (Pantone, HEX, RGB, CMYK) or a color reference, your design will be printed using our standard version of that color.
Color names are subjective, and shades can vary greatly. If you need a specific shade to match a brand, school, team, logo, or previous order, you must provide the exact color code or an approved color reference when placing your order.
Please note that our printers use the CMYK color process. Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets are shown in RGB, which has a wider color gamut than CMYK. Because every screen is calibrated differently and displays colors uniquely, the printed colors may not exactly match what you see on your screen.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept that slight color variations between your digital proof, computer or mobile display, and the final printed product are normal and should be expected. Color differences resulting from monitor settings, screen brightness, or the RGB-to-CMYK conversion process are not considered printing defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
