Please Note: All customer-supplied files must be print-ready (300 DPI, true transparent background, properly cropped). If your file requires background removal, resolution checking, cropping cleanup, or quality verification, you must purchase our File Review Add-On before production. Files submitted without the review add-on will be printed exactly as received. We are not responsible for low resolution, pixelation, hidden background pixels, incorrect sizing, or other file-quality issues. Please refer to the File Review listing to add this service if needed.
