📌 Frequently Asked Questions

❓ I forgot a print or multiple prints. Can I add to my order?
If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we can usually add to it. Send us a message to info@torch-light.us with your order number as soon as possible.

❓ Can I combine orders?
Yes, if your orders haven't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to combine them and refund any extra shipping. Just contact us at info@torch-light.us quickly with all order numbers.

❓ How do I press DTF transfers?
Pre-press your garment for 5–10 seconds at 300°F to remove moisture and wrinkles. Place the print (ink side down) on the shirt and press at 300°F for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure. Let the transfer cool completely, peel, then repress with a cover sheet for 5 seconds.

Absolutely! We love custom work. Reach out through our contact page with details and we’ll get back to you.

❓ Do you offer free shipping?                                                                                                      We currently do not offer free shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

❓ Can I get a discount?
We run regular promotions! Join our email list or follow us on social media for deals and flash sales.

❓ Do you offer same-day print or shipping?
Rush options are available for an additional fee, depending on our current volume.

❓ Where is order pickup?
Local pickup is available at 1109 Estell Drive Moore, OK 73160. You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.
